Physiotherapist
Naila graduated from the University of Toronto with her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy in 2019. She gained experience as an orthopedic physiotherapist for 3 years until her passion for women's health led her to pursue further training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Naila uses a comprehensive and holistic approach to treatment, integrating hands-on therapy, client-specific education and an individually tailored exercise program to help client's achieve their goals. She works closely with client's of all ages and backgrounds to rehab their bodies, regain their function and improve their quality of life. Naila continues to build on her experience and training with further courses in perinatality, c-section rehabilitation, acupuncture and chronic pain management. When she's not treating patients, Naila enjoys baking and spending time with her daughter (not at the same time).
Pilates Instructor
Humna discovered Pilates over a decade ago and immediately connected with the discipline, the mindful movement, and the benefits it offered. After years of dedicated practice, she completed her Mat Pilates Certification with Body Harmonics. She is passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals, improve their strength and mobility, and experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. In addition to her Pilates training, Humna is a full-time corporate lawyer. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science and earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her passion for health and wellness led her to found HerWellnessXCollective, a community organization that hosts workout and wellness events for women across the GTA.
Chiropractor
Dr. Sidra Sabagh is a Mississauga-based chiropractor dedicated to women’s health, pregnancy care, and postpartum rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Ryerson University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, complemented by McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. At Physiola—Mississauga’s first women’s health–focused physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic—Dr. Sabagh provides comprehensive, evidence-based chiropractic care for women of all ages. She treats conditions such as neck and back pain, pelvic-related dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain, postpartum recovery concerns, and upper or lower limb injuries. Using a combination of manual therapy, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, soft tissue treatment, and customized rehabilitation exercises, Dr. Sabagh creates individualized treatment plans that help women move confidently, reduce pain, and restore strength. Her approach is patient-centered, supportive, and results-driven—helping women feel better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love.
Registered Massage Therapist
Omama Abdo is a Registered Massage Therapist at Physiola, Mississauga’s first women’s health–focused physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Sharjah University (UAE) in 2004 and spent eight years working across diverse clinical settings, including private practice, medical centres, and a government hospital. In 2019, Omama completed her Massage Therapy program at Oxford College and became licensed in 2020. She has been serving the Mississauga community exclusively with women-focused massage care for the past three years. At Physiola, Omama provides therapeutic massage tailored to women of all ages and stages—including pregnancy and postpartum—using modalities such as hot stone therapy, acupuncture (as indicated), cupping, and relaxation or deep-tissue techniques. Her practice is dedicated entirely to female clients, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and personalized treatment experience.
Physiotherapist
Faryal graduated from McMaster University with a Master's in Physiotherapy. She is a rostered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a passion for helping women navigate their health concerns and work towards a path of informed healing and improved quality of life. Her patient population includes women aiming to progress through a healthy and informed pregnancy, women preparing for labour with goals of reducing risk of tearing and time spent in labour, and those who are postpartum (whether you delivered a few weeks ago or years prior)! She also provides comprehensive support to women through their experience of menopause and across the many stages of womanhood (i.e. menstruation, fertility, optimizing fitness). Faryal firmly believes in prioritising compassion, empathy, and personalised care so she can empower her patients with the knowledge and tools necessary for active participation in their health. Outside of her professional pursuits, Faryal enjoys travelling around the world, being out in nature, experimenting with nutrition, and designing her home!
